UNI helps you find and respond to unauthorized use of your face online. We look in the places your likeness should not be, show you what we find, and help you draft takedown notices in your own name. We are a software platform, not a law firm.

How does the face scan work?

Upload a photo and we search for places your face has shown up. You can sharpen results by adding your name or a short voice clip, both optional. The scan is free, private, and still in beta, so it surfaces what it can find rather than everything that exists. You review the matches and pick what is worth actioning.

Is my face data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your original photo never leaves your device. Face matching is computed locally in your browser, and only a derived face crop is sent to reverse-image engines, which need an image to search. We never sell your data, never use it to train any model, and you can have it deleted any time on request.

Can you really detect AI fakes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Common AI image generators leave signatures we recognize. No detector is perfect, so we tell you the confidence level rather than a binary yes or no, and you can make your own judgment.

How quickly can content be removed?

Accepted Answer

Most major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, OnlyFans) take content down within 24–72 hours of a valid notice. Smaller or offshore platforms resolve in days to a few weeks. Some platforms don't confirm receipt. When that happens we tell you honestly and keep tracking the URL daily until it changes.

Do you watch adult content sites too?

Yes. Adult sites and image boards are part of where we look, and relevant matches surface alongside the rest of your scan results. For non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), you can also submit hashes to StopNCII for cross-platform removal.
